I'm pissed by the StarHub ppl... i went down last week to retain my old M1 line.. u know wat.. i cant really do so. Cos my M1 line is signed under my mum's name, den my mum has to go down to sign the document all this. But few days b4 i go down, the person say this service is only available on Sat & Sun n only some outlet which has customer service centre. N so i waited. So like i said i went down, i took home e application form for my mum to sign, n so i do so.. n today i went back to hand in those document..BUT the person say my mum has to sign another form!! I was freaking piss off by the staff there. Sign here n there. Its their fault to forget wat things shd be handed to customer. Rather than letting the customer running here n there. My head was boiling man..!! Wat the hell are they doing.. cant even do their things properly. Sickening enough.
